A little about the Hoverboard device. Error Codes

In case of improper repair, the controller can completely fail - it will be necessary to buy a new one:

Below is a visual instruction on the connection and the device:

A. Phase wires to the wheel on the battery side. If the contact is broken in one of them - the motor works incorrectly, the loss of balance. If you break the contact in two wires - the motor will be completely turned off. The light bulb will NOT blink.

B. To the Hall sensors in the wheel on the battery side. If the contact is broken in any of their five wires - both wheels will not work and the indicator will blink FIVE times.

C. Gyroscopes on the battery side. This is the communication line with the gyro board, if any of the wires is broken - nothing will work, the indicator will blink once.

D. Wire to lighting (navigation lights) - if disabled, nothing bad will happen, only the backlight will not.

E. A link to the light status indication.

F. Wire to lighting (navigation lights) - if disabled, nothing bad will happen, only the backlight will not.

G. Gyroscopes from the controller side. This is the communication line with the gyro board, if any of the wires is broken - nothing will work, the indicator will blink once.

H. To the Hall sensors in the wheel on the controller side. If the contact is broken in any of their five wires - both wheels will not work and the indicator will flash four times.

I. Phase wires to the wheel on the controller side. If the contact is broken in one of them - the motor works incorrectly, the loss of balance. If you break the contact in two wires - the motor will be completely turned off. The light bulb will NOT blink.

K. Switch / switch - helps to make Switch OFF.

J. Charging line - connected to the memory connector. If you do not connect, you will have to change the battery.

L. A link to the light status indication. Without this wire, a light indication of the status and errors will not be available.

Recall the error codes

1. Sweeps ONE time - communication problem (broken contact, break) with the gyro control board on the battery side or on the controller side.

2. TROUBLE TWO times - fault current monitoring system.

3. Blinks THREE times - short circuit on the phase wires (motors to blowout).

4. Flashes FOUR times - the problem of communication with the Hall sensors on the controller side (see point H).

5. Flashes FIVE times - the problem of communication with the Hall sensors on the battery side (see point B).

6. Blinks SIX times - the problem with the battery, it is necessary to replace it with a new one!

7. Promsgivaet SEVEN times - the gyro inspection module on the battery side is faulty.

8. Echoes EIGHT times - the gyro control module on the controller side is faulty. Try to hit the buboons and poke into the connectors than anything .... Then use the recommendation for point 7

9. Flashes NINE times - incorrect position of the gyro sensor (gyroscope is turned upside down)
